Mirena - Mirena IUD caused extreme hair loss!
The Mirena IUD has caused me and my family much distress...from the beginning I noticed an extreme change in my mood. I was having severe PMS symptoms. The IUD caused body aches, acne, mood changes, depression, weight gain, SEVERE anxiety! Anxiety that definitely effected my everyday life. But the most difficult side effect that I've had is hair loss. NEVER was I cautioned of this side effect. When I placed my IUD this side effect was not on the list of possible effects. WHEN NOTEABLY it should be! I thought I was losing my mind, until I found websites with other women complaining of the same things. My doctors were all claiming this birth control method as a 'miracle'........ yeah, not so much. This birth control should be taken off the market! Its side effects clearly out weigh its benefits! I have had the Mirena IUD removed for over a month...and its evil side effects are still haunting me. Please remove this from the market!
