Lorenzo auto Repair - Mechanic
Dec. 2008. My car was pull in for repair. The guy said he will call back with estimate. He didn't call back so after 3week I call his. He said he been busy and he will check the car out and call back. Jan,09 I call him and ask him what was wrong with the car. the mechanic went on to say what he believe what wrong without even check the car out. I told he when you check out what you think to call me back. two week went by he told me it will be about 1200.00 because it motor problem. I told him i need to know what wrong with the car. He called me back about the first of Feb. 2009 said he has broke the car down and it is the motor. So I gave him the okay to fix it. He said he has to check around for the part ti fix it. I agree to purschase the part myself but he refuse. I call him back in two week and he said it will be ready in about a week. Now this is March 2009, I still has not hear from him, I called him. Now he tell me the car cost 1400.00 and it will be ready in two day. I told himm I was a itemized bill of all the work alone with the old part. He said he can show me the part on the car, that I bill don't mean anything cause he can write whatever on a piece of paper.i ask him why have the amountchange. i called him in three day and he said come and pickup the car up this afternoon. I called him to let him know i was on my way to get the car. He didn't not answer the phone. when i did get in touch with him three day later the price is 2200.00. I ask for the bill he said that i don't get a bill until after he received his money.i refuse to pay that bill. I call the lienholder ford Motor Credit and explain to them what were going on and told Ford Motor to pickup the car I can't paid for a car that I don't have. Since them i have receive a letter from the mechainc abouthe will be saling the car May 15, 2009
