Loanpoint aka Geneva Roth - ignoring a Chapter 7 order
I applied with Loanpoint for a payday loan.......they proceeded to send it and then start taking 90 out every payday.....when I've tried to contact them to take the principal I could not find anywhere to contact them...I kept getting sent somewhere else. Now I've filed Chapter 7 and notified who I thought was holding the loan of my filing and not to take anymore payments........also put a hold on my account for 10 days but never heard a word from them. As soon as I took the hold off, on the next payday they took out another 90....my only option at this point that I can see is to close the checking account and not get involved in anymore payday loans, plus leave it to my Chapter 7 lawyer to deal with Oakmont Funding who is the one taking out the payment for Loanpoint aka Geneva Roth Ventures...........there's so many names for this company apparently you don't know who you're dealing with.
If you're also a victim of this company, then submit your own Loanpoint aka Geneva Roth complaint letter
