Loanpoint aka Geneva Roth - OVERBILLING
I HAVE BEEN PAYING 150.00 IN FINANCE CHARGES FOR 4 MONTHS AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL KEEP TAKING THAT AMOUNT WITHOUT POSTING ANYTHING TO THE PRINCIPLE AND I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO HELP ME GET THE PRINCIPLE PAID DOWN. I THINK AFTER 4 MONTHS OF 300 PER MONTH I WOULD HAVE PAID THE PRINCIPLE BY NOW - I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR EACH AND EVERYTIME I CALLED AND WAS ALWAYS TOLD NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY THAT THERE WAS NO SUPERVISOR IN THE OFFICE AT THAT TIME.
THESE PEOPLE ARE RAPING MY CHECKING AND SHORT OF CLOSING MY ACCOUNT I CANNOT SEEM TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT - IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A CLASS ACTION SUIT THAT MAY BE GOING ON PLEASE ADVISE ME OF SAME
