I called this company expecting to find a mistake and the lady I spoke with started downgrading me telling me to my bills and this wouldnt happen and I got upset and told her I was not going to pay this because it was not accurate and she said that they would work with me and I told her I wasnt paying anything as this wasnt mine. She then hung up on me without warning or saying goodbye. I then called back and another lady answered and asked is this SUSAN? I said yes what's your name and she responded MICHELLE, I asked for her ID number to identify her in the company and she stated she didnt have one. I then asked her why do I have a collection notice from a bill from over 5 years ago she in turn started calling me ignorant told me to go to the kitchen and wash my mouth out with soap and then told me to put down the bottle and I then asked her if thats how her customer service worked and she told me if I wanted customer service to go to Wal-mart. I am appalled that business people could have such rude phone reps working for them. I want something done about this however, I am in NE and work 8-430pm CST and cannot contact them during normal business hours when hopefully nicer people are working. This company should be BANNED from ever communicating over the phone especially with all the FCC rules and regulations all call centers have to follow nowadays. And how do I know this well I work for a call center as well. No matter how upset a customer gets you YOU NEVER call them ignorant or if they want customer service to go to walmart. Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! This took place on 4132009 around 530 pm CST. Thanks! I am not only upset at this but deeply disturbed and offended by this! I cant believe this is allowable!!!
