Directv - satellite dish co.
I have had Directv for over 3 years. My receiver in house went out so I called and they said I would have to upgrade so they came and installed an HD receiver and antenna. On the old dish I had placed an antenna that got my local channels as they do not cover local in our area!!! another day another guy cameout and installed an antenna in yard and reception was so bad like watching in a cloud. I complained so much and on one day I talked to 5 different people at directv and at that time satallite would not come on and the fifth person was only one who could tell me what to do to get reception. Today another guy came out and said this antenna would only connect to 1 of the tvs and we have 2 boxes so we are having to buy a 100 antenna and have it hooked up to get local channels on more than one tv. My husband is 80 so can n ot do work and we live on So cial Security so we do not have the 100 to spare. This is the worse problem I have ever had and just to watch tv. Told the guy today I am advertising for DIRECTV really good We did not upgrade, we downgraded big time . I got a call awhile ago to see if technition did a good job and I ask to speak to supervisior and she told me to hold on and then disconnected line so this tell u something too. I had to agree for 2 years again of this and if I could get out of this contract I WOULD. Do ot know if this is doing any good buttttttttttt!!!
