diamond back homes and steve anderson homes - when you give it your all and end up homeless and lost everything
i had bought a house and had it built in july 2003. Supposed to be the happiest moment of our lives. Well let me tell you about this builder. Not only did my house take so long to build, it was supposed to be peach came out mint green. Durning the walk through with my realastate agent we had 3 pages of todo list. holes in every wall garage door was 5 inches off the ground, paint on my upgrade carpet that was paid extra for, which was grey and now brown matted ugly carpet after 6 months. My walk in shower had a gap between the window and tile which you could put a pair of sisors down there. Which in return caused mold. Had to replace the shower 2 times becasue of this. Which they never did the right removal of mold correct. They never replaced the wood under the tile. Steve Anderson said when you buy budget homes you get budget materials, while standing in my own house looking at the problem his contractors caused. I had lately paid an inspector 1000.00 of my savings to do a mold test, well we all knew that the results would come out positive for this mold. And what do you know, my house is invested with 4 kinds of it. 2 which are unlivable. Me and my husband and 2 children have been so sick the past 1 and a half.
