VALENTIN AND KEBARTAS - COLLECTING NON EXISTANT DEBT
A criminally run collection agency is trying to collect a debt for an auto insurance agency, a debt that was the mistake of the insurance agency and no longer exists and should not have ever existed. I switched auto insurance agencies 112708 and for some unknown reason my old Safety insurance agency never 'received' the notice that my insurance was changed from Safety insurance to Commerce insurance company. After being bombarded with erroneous bills and numerous complaints- Safety insurance finally realized they made a mistake , and instead of billing me , are sending me back the money that i have overpaid them. But not before the VALENTIN AND KEBARTAS got their hands on me for some BOGUS 25 late fee charge which SAFETY Insurance HAS taken off its records due to their original mistake. I OWE them nothing , Safety ins owes me, and are sending me a refund. BUT Valentin Company has issued me threatening letter saying they have ruined my credit score , when i spoke to them they were derisive, and completely ignored what i was trying to tell them. They switched me from representative to representative who told me to pay the money i owe the insurance company, when i told them its all in error they said they don't care what i say, when i told them i ll fax them the documents that prove its an error- they gave me wrong FAX numbers. FIVE hours i was calling them back , i got hung up on at least a dozen times, i was speaking to at least 4 different 'managers' who barely spoke any English , then i was given at least 3 different fax numbers that did not work. Finally I said i was going to complain with Attorney Generals office.There is no way to clean up this mess since the company is utterly dysfunctional. There was not a single representative that i spoke to who could carry on a coherent conversation.
