JK Harris Company - Total fraud and misrepresentation
I met with a local representative of JK Harris in 3007. I was told at that time that I would pay no more than 500 to the IRS. I hired JK Harris for 3,500. Over a period of fifteen months I have been sent to seven various representatives. The only way I knew I had a new representative was when I would call to ask where I stood in my case. Each one knew nothing of my case and all information had to be sent in again. I was finally put on the phone with the IRS and my lawyer from JK Harris. My lawyer admitted to the IRS on the phone that he did not have any of my financial information in front of him. Now I am told by the IRS that I must pay the full amount and that JK Harris should have known I did not qualify from the beginning for a settlement. The only time I have heard from JK Harris is when they wanted my money. They are a total rip off with unqualified people running the operation. All you will do is be sent from one person to another until you have paid the full amount. You will then mean nothing to them because they have your money. If anyone is setting up a class action lawsuit I would be glad to join. I also had JK Harris do my taxes in 2007 to find out that they did them wrong causing me to have to pay in more money to the IRS. This company is nothing but a fraud and needs to be shut down.
