Tri Financial Services,, LLC - Broke Federal Laws
I got a telephone call from a company calling themselves Tri Financial Services, LLC
They told me I owe two paydayloan companies over 2500 dollars and that if I did not pay immediatly they would take me to court and have my drivers license and title taking away from me. I told them I could not pay them because I am waiting for SSISSDI from the Social Security Administration. The Guy on the other end started calling me a retard and other abusive names. Kept calling me at all hours, never gave me there name and also kept telling me I owed different amounts of money. I called up one of the payday loan places and they told me my account did ot go to this company instead it went to another collection agency. I also called up the second payday loan company but I could not get ahold of anyone even there email address was not working. I filed a complaint with Washington state, new york and minnesota attorney generals offices, FTC. I did get a response back from Tri Financial saying that I will not owe anything, a person was fired, that they hired a person to do internal affairs, and better screen calls. I would like to take them to court instead and get the compensation that they owe me for the emotional abuse and time to talk to and mail out my complaints forms.
