ITT-TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONESI - WORTHLEES DEGREE AND FRAUD
I recently decided to go back to school while i was working, i contacted ITT-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE in nashville and inquired about the business program. The recruiter at the school asked me what were my goals and i told her i wanted to go to law school eventually. So she pressed on with her recruiment stance and i kindly asked her was the school accrediated and she replied yes!!!!!!!!!!!! we sure are. well three years in and now i started looking into law schools and that was when i got the shock of my life i was told that my degree was basically worthless, when i contacted several law schools i got the same answer over and over again. WE ONLY TAKE REGIONAL ACCREDATION DEGREES, and thats when i found they are accredatied but only by the ACICS ( ACCREDATION COUNCIL FOR INDEPENDENT COLLEGES AND SCHOOLS) wich means that your degree is worthless. I contacted several of my class mates and informed them of my situation and several of them informed me that had been told the same thing, and several of them were planning on going for there masters now the too are upset. so 55,000.00 US dollars and i am forced to quit and just start over again.

I forgot to mention i spoke to the director of the school and he gave me a 800 number to call and file a official complaint, lets not mention his name for right no since i found all this out i am documenting dates and time of whom i have spoken to. but the sad part of it all is my chair of my department knew i wanted to go to law school and not once did he mention that the school was not regional accredated. They flat out lied if you notice the commercials, it says (that credits earned are not likely to transfer) when in fact they, no they will not transfer at all because regional accredated schools will not accept credits from a non regional accredation school such as itt-tech.

When i first started researching this company ITTESI i came across a website called http:ittakestime.orgblog and joined as a member on march 29 2009 well i was going to read the blogs on april 1 2009 and the site states they have been bought by ITT. and is currently shut down
