Timothy J. Walsh Fairfield,,,, California Office - 1319 Travis Boulevard Fairfield,, California 94533 (Solano Co.) Telephone: 707-429-1990
I live in Vacaville and this guy will not return any of my calls. I filled for ch 13 march of last year (2008). It is now April 2009 and I still don't have a payment agreement with the trustee. The trustee was on the verge of ping my case due to Mr. Walsh’s incompetence. I have called and called only to speak to his rude wife and receptionist, only to get, 'he will call you back' when will he call me back?'I have no idea; he's in court or with a client'. Monday he is getting a certified letter stating that he better call me in reasonable time. If I don't get a response I’ll send a complaint to the state bar. When I threatened them with filing a complaint to the board, they were cooperative at that moment, and then I was once again forgotten. All I want is a phone call and answers, that’s all...
