Equifax,, TransUnion,, Experian - Refusing to remove erronious information from my credit reports
Over the years my account has been hit by Identity Theft. I filed disputes with all three reporting agencies. They claimed to investigate the matter and the information is d. However, I never receive any evidence to back this up or even show that these accounts are mines. It seems like the companies are paying the credit agencies to keep reporting the informaiton on my accounts. I have requested documentation to show that these are my accounts or by law they must be removed. I have never recieved any requested information back from any of the reporting agencies
In addition, I also notice that the credit agencies are reporting the same information on my account using multiple companies thus driving my credit score down. As a comsumer I do not feel I have protection against bogus account being put on my credit report and also against having them removed permanently and not put back on under another name which is happening now.

You are still being desciminated against by experian, even today. experian should not detract anything from your credit score for lawful transactions. They have no legal right to do so.
