I ordered a computer with Blue Hippo and have payed it off. I have not recieved the computer or the free stuff they promised me. I call and am put on hold for 20 minutes just to be told they can not tell me anything. I go online to costumer service and they never respond. I want to know who or what I have to do to get my 1,700.00 Dollars back or get what I payed for.

I am in the same boat. I have put out 1009.70 to Blue Hippo and do not have a computer. I do not know if it is a good idea to stop paying them, however, I can not aford to pay 100 dallars a month for something I do not have or my not have. is there a group (lawyer) out here that I can join to get my money back. and one more thin why is Blue Hippo alowed to stay in business is there are so many complantes. I started with Blue Hippo in Aug of 2008 and I read complants far back as 2005.
