dairy queen - male employee in womens restroom jacking off
My family went into the dairy queen resturant in duquoin illinois on march 14th 2009. My 8 year old daughter and myself had to use the restroom, as we went in , Luckily I went in first, as to my suprise whenever I opened the bathroom stalll I was shocked to find a male employee sitting on the stall in the womens restroom, with his pants ped to his knees, and he his hands down my his penis and he was jacking off, This just disgusted me , and i just cant believe somethinglike this happened. My daughter is teriffied and should have never seen anything like this. Why would a guy be in the womens restroom? We were the only customers in the place at the time also. I did call the owner right away, and he said he would get back to me, but as of this date he still has not. This only tells me the owner is not concerned and doesn't really care. I also know this male employee is still working there. I would have thought better of the owner of this resturant, but to still have such an employee working for you after such gross activity happened at a fast food resturant. I will do my best to not let this case rest. I will do everything in my power to seek damages and before it is over i will own this dairy queen.
