JK Harris - Tax Settlement
After meeting with a local representative I hired JK Harris company to settle my tax issue with the IRS. The representative took my information and told me I was a perfect candidate for the program. During the past year I have been sent to one representative after another with each one requiring me to send in all the information all over again as though they knew nothing of my case. After all has been done the IRS just recently rejected my case saying I never qualified under IRS guidleines for an offer and compromise settlement which JK Harris should have known and informed me about rather than telling me I qualified. I have paid JK Harris 3,500 for absolutely nothing. They have only made matters worse for me with the IRS. If you desire information on your case you must contact them because the only time they ever contacted me was to ask about my account and never about my case. They are operating totally on fraudulant practices and need to be fined and shut down. I am interested in filing a lawsuit or joining a class action lawsuit against them at this time.
