Att - Home phone service
I have been double billed.I spoke to alot of repersentives and supervisor's about my complait.I asked them to research my account and see where the problem.Every month i had to call to get adjustments made on my bill.They have gave me three diffrent numbers and accounts.Because of there mistakes.I would please like justice. They also said i can't dispute my bill after 90 days.biy i have not been recieving bills ornot receiving them on time. every since i have had this service i have been making complaints.

I really need for someone to take consideration. To help me with understanding .why i am getting charge double. And was not treated with respect by the supervisors and some of the repersentives.And was lead to believe false statemnts about my bill.I felt my feelings was offended plenty of times I have not been reciving my bills.Or they come late and that make me have late charges.I am low income so i make payment arragements.I felt that they could have handled the all the sitiuation more better
