Cohen Slamowitz - They are improperly sreving me etc.
They so calles served me with a summons that i never recieved. When i went to court i gad to get a copy of the so called summons which stated the poapers were served to a black woman aged 30 to 50 with black hair which is funny to me because i live with my two children ages 11 and 4 my little sister who jus turned 17 and my mother who is no where near dark skinned. Sooo i guess this is just a broad description that they use to get the case on the calendar and the courts allow them to do this to people who dont know any better and its not fair. They sent me a notice of garnishment through regular mail with their addressn and name which was a non non. Yes i did sum research! Then the certified mail came when it should have been the other way around. According to my credit report the date the accounts(there are two that are about 800 a piece) were opened are not availabel so the statue of limitations on these accounts could have expired. I was going to pay the one i went to court and settled for but then i saw numerous complaints and lawsuits against them and i said why. people have talked about them improperly serving them and collecting monies and not turning them over to the proper persons. And since when does a city marshall collect debts?
