wells fargo - automatic withdraw with out consent
My soon to be Ex Husband and I where buying a house and the loan was thru wells fargo and we knew that was going to be the case so before we acutally got the loan my husband and I went to wells fargo and tryed to get a bank account and they turned us down then when our loan was about to come thru they called me and said we needed to get there right away and open a checking account there was never a mention of automatic withdraw we never signed any paper work saying they could take out the money from our account then just 2 months latter they started taking it out and I called the manager and said stop you are making us overdraft because my husband at the time was getting paid every 2 weeks but it always came after the house payment was due and she told me that as long as we had a bank account there they could take any money out they wanted to.
