HR BLOCK BANK - COMPLAINT ON THE BANK
HR BANK IS RIP, I REPORTED TO THEM THAT MY ACCT HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM BY A COMPANY THAT I NEVER HEARD OF, THEY CANCELLED MY CARD WHEN I REPORTED THAT MY CARD HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM BUT DID NOT CALL ME OR WRITE TO INFORM ME THAT THEY WERE CANCELLING MY ACCT. WELL THAT WAS A BIG MESS BECAUSE I HAD MY WORK CHECKS DIRECT DEPOSITED TO MY CARD AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FROM MY JOB BECAUSE OF THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS AND THEY HELD UP MY INCOME TAX BECAUSE IT WAS TO BE PUT ON THE CARD. WELL EVERY TIME I WOULD CALL THE 866-353-1266 PHONE NUMBER A AGENT WOULD ALWAYS GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND OR JUST HANG UP IN MY FACE BECAUSE SHEHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY OR JUST DID NOT WANT TO LOOK INTO MY FILE. BECAUSE OF THIS ORDEAL MY LIGHTS WERE CUT OFF MY CELLPHONE TURNED OFF AND I RECEIVED A EVICTION NOTICE WHY BECAUSE OF THE BANK NOT WANTING TO DO THERE JOB PLUS THE BANK CHARGED ME FOR CALLING TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY FILE 2.00 EVERYTIME I CALLED. THIS BANK HAS MADE THIS MONTH A LIVING HELL FOR ME AND MY FAMILY AND I WANT THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED AND FOR ME TO BE COMPENSATED FOR MY PAIN AND SUFFERING THIS HAS CAUSED ME AND MY FAMILY, I'M A SINGLE PARENT WITH TWO DAUGHTERS, ONE IN COLLEGE AND ONE IN HIGH SCHOOL. I FINALLY RECEIVED THE CARD WITH MY INCOME TAX TODAY 021909 BUT I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY FIRST PAYCHECK OF THE MONTH BECAUSE OF ALL OF THIS MESS WITH THE BANK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME PHONE NUMBERS TO CONTACT SOMEONE ABOUT THIS MESS BECAUSE I GOT IN A BIND THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPEN BECAUSE I NOTIFIED THE BANK THAT MY ACCT HAS BEEN STOLEN FROM. I THOUGHT THAT YOUR BANK IS SUPPOSE TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PEOPLE THAT BANK WITH THEM BUT NOT HR BLOCK THEY ARE FULL OF BOO-BOO. I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR MY PAIN AND SUFFERING THIS HAS CAUSED ME.
