Skyhigh was recommended by a neighbor. Our roof suffered damage from Hurricane Wilma and given the tiles are no longer available, it needs to be totally replaced. In December of 2008, we started working with our insurance company, an inspector and Skyhigh to asses costs and see what needed to be done.
From the beginning, Skyhigh reps were very pushy. They wanted us to sign things right away claiming such initial exchanges signified a proposal for work, and left anxious messages on the machine while the claim was in process. In addition, the contractor and rep came to our house without notifying us, waiting by the door with clipboard in hand. When we received the claim funds from the insurance company (Feb. 2009), the contractor was notified and told what the agreed prices was--his tone indicated that he was not satisfied with the amount.
We were then connected with someone at Skyhigh's office, who informed us that she would come by and pick up the

After consulting with various parties and counsel, and also in touch with Skyhigh Siding Roofing, we have been able to resolve the issues that were a source of contention between the Skyhigh company and ourselves. Now that we have resolved the issues, we will consider the matter to be closed and nothing more will be said about the company.
