KB Homes - Warranties
My home was built completed November 1, 2000. I have had numerous complaints to kb home builder. Which they have been acknowledged. However, a homeowner should be happy with the experience of having a well built
home.
My airconditoner was not installed properly which they replaced
it caused a link in the roof of my home. The diswasher was missing a part and it caused a link in the floor.
The craftmanship like the finishing touches of the bathroom were not done properly around the tub, sink and other
areas.
The ceiling fans were not installed properly and have falling from the ceiling. the electrical wiring was not installed properly.
I received a letter from an attorney in San Antonio, Texas that said my home was involved in a Lawsuite against KB homes. And that during this time if the state verse kb homes, I could possible be a canidate to receive a settlement from a lawsuite.
My home is located in the Saddlewood Community off Manchaca Road at 10505 Marshitahs Way, 78748 Austin, Texas. My name Karen Yvonne Medearis.
