GENEVA ROTH - Loan Shark Company Over Billing
Geneva Roth has not explained enough about their scheme of 'Loan Shark'. I was not aware that I was paying the interest loan of 90.00 per month and not my initial loan of 300.00. Geneva Roth as been debiting my bank account for 8 months and I have no idea that all through the 8 months I was not paying my loan at all. I was not told how this thing works until I found out that why Geneva Roth has been charging me 90.00 for service charge as I thought that it was for my monthly loan of 300.00 and my loan should have been paid for by 3-4 months. I thought it was a mistake and I so I called my bank to block them from debiting my bank. Thereafter, Geneval Roth started to call me at my home leaving messages and my cell phone early in the morning at 7:00am, 6:20am and called me at work 3 times a day. For whole day 4-6 times they will called my home, cell phone and work.
Nevertheless, I paid 390.00 for what they told me I owed more and they told me for that week, they will not charge the 90.00 service charge if I agreed to pay them the full amount of 390.00. And so I did! However, after 4 months, I started to receive early phone calls again from Michael Dupree and Precilla from Geneva Roth at 6:20am and 7:00am again from Geneva that I have an outstanding bill of 90.00 service charge that they told me that I owe that they never collected when I paid the the full amount balance. It is so redicilous!! I am so mad after all I complied and agreed to pay the full amount and Geneva Roth told me that I am setteled for the amount and I am done.And so, I decided to make action and so I research for the website and then I found your website that I hope you can help me stop this scammers!
