Mirena IUD - Mirena IUD
I had the Mirena IUD in 2004 until 2007. Immediately after it was inserted, I had cramps which is normal. The next month it stopped my period until I had it removed I didn't have a period for 3 years . My hair fell out so bad that now I to get treated for it. So, that it will grow back in properly. But,so far we haven't had luck in my hair growing back. He changed treatments several times trying to figure out how to cure this. I was moody and very tired. I couldn't even spend a day with my kids. I am young and hyper but, a few weeks before it was removed I couldn't get out of the bed just to shower. I had to go to the emergency room for severe lower back pain. They did a CT scan and sent me to a gyno. and they order a vaginal regular ultrasound; which showed that I had formed a cyst on one of my ovaries. Then, they had to do blood work to make sure it wasn't cancer. I had a loss of memory and sometimes it was so bad I couldn't spell my name. It caused the pores on my face to enlarge. I have never had any medical problems or acne till this. Since they have removed it, My memory's comming back, the cyst has desolved, I'm gettin my energy back more and more. The hell that it has put me through, no one should have to go through. I would like to get something done so that it is not on the market.
