Forster and Garbus - would like to join the class action suit of forster and garbus!!!
I had a credit card from capital one. i disputed charges when i started paying and the payments were not getting posted correctly. i made dispute letters on this and they kept saying everything was fine. then i got a letter stating my account was was over the limit. this was impossible when they told me it was all fixed.
i tried to pay and talk to someone about payment arrangements and the credit of my account. that it has been overcharged. i tried lots of attempts. then the next think i knew was they told me they no longer are handling the account. they gave me a number who was. i called trac america and they told me that they would agree to a settlement but i had to call back. i did call back and talked to a mr. rodriguez. he said it would be 3 payments of 150 dollars they would agree to. well i told him when i got paid i would call with the credit card information.
well i got paid called and was told this guy mr. rodriguez was no longer there. I told them i made payment arrangements and that i was going to pay my first 150 dollar payment to the account.
they told me that there is no agreement no more cause mr. rodriguez was no longer there it was null and void.
i asked to speak with a manager who said the same thing. that nothing could be done.
i told them that i made payments and that capital one never posted them in time thus this is the reason why my account is showing all these other extra fees. they did not want to hear about it and said there was nothing they could do that i needed to pay the account.
i tried to get help but they would not budge. i got notice in 2008 that my account with capital one was sent to courts. i never recieved it. they swear up and down they put on my door but i never got it.
thus i was not at court. they one on default. i would of gone if i knew about it.
well i only found out when a guy from forster and garbus called and said that i need to make a payment or settle with them or something. as i talked with him i told him i would like to see about a settlement.
he said to call back the next day. i did and was told to ask for a liza. i did but she was not in.
i got a notice in the mail about a week later for the sherrifs stating that i am going to have a wage garnishment.
i told them that i was trying to get hold of forster and garbus cause they told me to contact them back about the settlement. the sherrifs even said that i was going to have trouble with them cause they are.
a week after that i found out that my bank accounts have been frozen even after the sherrifs recieved money towards the bill. when i called forster and garbus told them i never recieved this court judgment to even show up they started being really nasty. a mr. black said i was lucky thats all they took. he said that the us marshalls would be at my house to take everything i own and my car. i got upset so i asked for his manager. he said he was the boss. i waited for the next day. i called and talked with a liza . she told me that she didnt think he said this to me and that i must of been hallusenating. she said other things as well. very rude bunch.
im just trying to get this bill paid and they are doing it the wrong way. i called capital one and they said they agreed to a settlement with me to call forster and garbus and let them know. thus i did and they said no way we are getting it all plus some. they kept calling me and were very vulgar. i have gone to courts to vacate but they are not cooperating either. this is so crazy. how do they get away with this. what should i do?
im sure there are other out there it looks like it.

Forster garbus
I was dealing with a company that was supposed to represent me in court. They told me that they had someone to represent me, I didn't have to appear in court. Guess what I had no representation and filed a default judgement. Only to find out that not only did that happen, the attorney representing me was disbarred, did not even notify. Now I am trying a motion to vacate because I was a victim to the company that I hired to help.
