Blue Hippo - Blue Hippo is still taking my money,, and I still see no computer!
My name is Rachel and I put in my computer order back in August of 2008. I have made all the preshipping payments and I have signed and mailed all back all required papers, and still I have no computer. It is now Febuary. This company is one month late sending my computer. I have called at least 15times, each time I get the same response that, 'Your account is in good standing, and we have sent a request for the manufacturer to send out your computer, please wait a few more days.'. Now some of the customer representatives actually gave me promised shipping dates, which were all lies. Managers do not exist there, or is 'not authorized to talk to customers'. What's the point of having a manager!? Everyone is their own boss there I guess. I am so frustrated with this company. I'm alittle over 800 in with this company already. I don't know what to do. If I wait a few more weeks will I really get my computer? If I stop the payments, will I get sent to a collection agency and ruin my credit? I don't know what to do. All I want is for someone to be honest with me. All I want is my computer right now, or a cash refund! If anyone can help, email me at rayray11087@yahoo.com
