This company has drained me. I was promised bundle billing to sign up with a voucher so I would get a monthly dicount. I was not bundled and bever recieved a voucher for discount. When I called to get is the woman said she will send it. That bever happened. For months I spend on the phone trying to get the bill correct and each rep told me next mo. it will be the right way. Same thing for months. I finally asked a rep if I could cancel without a fee due to the fact that they did not provide the service they signed me up for. The rep told me I could cancel so therefor I called back a week later to pu the cancellation through. I was later chrged a fee of 380.00 and spent countless hours on the phone with reps everyday. Then mailed my complaint as told to do so. then e mailed my complaint as told to do so. This never ends. They charged my account without my knowledge. Is this ok for them to operate and not be held responsible for anything they doo or charge? Please help me get my money?
