royal-holiday.com - do not abide by their contract
This is the letter I sent to Royal-holiday.com
The fight is continuous and I wish I never bought from this company.
I have paid 755.00 on Jan. 12. I have sent you 4 emails and proof of payment. I also phoned and faxed my visa statement to your office. I am trying to book my holiday but to no avail.
I have not experienced so much problems as with royal-holidays. I have lost so much money with your company that I am getting so frustrated that I am thinking to launch a law suit and demand my initial money back.
1) I have received 3 times the extra 5000 points as per contract over the 10 years.
and that I had to fight with your office.
2) I requested last year with aalan to deposit to RCI and this was not done.
On many occasions, I have not received the value of my points as requested.
3) I tried to book holidays with extra points from future, not permitted. I have a
contract saying this is permitted.
4) I could go on but no one answers my email.
Your response on the phone is, we did not receive your request. How convenient on your part.
