On 7182008 received a payday adv dep into my checking acct 400 to be pd in bimonthly pmts of 120, 5 pmts of 120 or total 600. First pmt was on 8072008, what was supposed to be the last pmt on 10022008. But they continued. So I put a stop pmt on the pmt the middle of November, but they were still 'processed' so they continued being pd until 12262008 for a total of 1320. The stop pmts seemed to be working. But on 1222009 an automatice pmt to GENEVA ROTH VENT instead of GRC Funding came through my bank for 520 and the bank pd it. And on 1232009 another automatic pmt to GENEVA ROTH VENT went through for 150 and the bank pd it which brings my 400 payday advance loan to 1990. What do I do? They've now overdrawn my acct almost 600!
I'm an over the road truck driver and I never get home. The only way I get pd is through this checking acct from my direct deposited paychecks.
This is ridiculous. They are stealing money!! I've pd my payday advance loan back now over 5 times!!!
Can anyone help me?

You need to call a conumer attorney right away. You need to contact your bank andstop the withdraws. I would be happy to talk to you.
