Sears - Defective Calypso Washing Machine
It started in 2005 when I purchased a Sears washing machine and dryer. ( not to mention we did furnish our home with sears products) We only had the washing machine under one year and it broke down. I am so upset of the events that has taken place all because of this poorly manufactured washing machine. We have spent so much time and money on this matter that my frustration is overwhelming. We have sent letters to corporate, sent emails , spoken to many customer service personnel and used many vacation days to sit home and wait for the invisible technician that would never show up or call. Our son has a skin condition and when our machine broke down , his clothes would have to be washed by hand while we took our clothes to the laundromat. We were even involved in the class action lawsuit but still never heard anything. I just sent another email today only to find some kind of closure to this madness. I can't let this rest because I feel so completely taken by this stituation and my family has gone through this madness with me. Oh, and when I call Sears today they want me to purchase yet another service agreement on this product that they know is a failure. How can they deceive people like this?
