I bought a HP Laptop notebook 2-12-08 store nu8mber005 in 2 days i have to bring it to customer servbice 2 days after i bought it messes up 3 days later I have been treated likie a FOOL,Ive been threatend by your manager I bought a digatal bcamera itr broke.I bring it to the store on 365 conns applaince store well your manger comes and tells trhe gfentlemen that bis very kindally trying to fix it he tells the boiy to the camera down i was there first. i told him he was wrong i shop allot and dont owe knowhing; well he put vhis fist in my ....face i told him i know we but you better notv raise that fist at me again we you kniow vwhat he did.,what did a good person i said the lord will get him well they sold me a refrebesed laptop i have had knowing but problems, ive wrote to these people asking for a complaint, ive never recieve anything but get these calls and tell me that they are the big shots im sorry but your employes have really gave me a loiw estream about myself im a versick person but ive heard so much about how people are getting treated i have furniture that they still have not fix ive paid off acounts and they and they never gave me my insurance money fiance knothing ive been treated redictous.THIS needsattintion IM tired of these people calling me and threating me they better think twice , IM tierd and so are the other companys please give this you attention. I just cant believe that this so called manger is working for conns I do have his if needed but will have to be ask by att.
