d c s has been calling me sending paper work trying to get me to take out a loan saying they will take my social security if i dont even though i only make 475 a month when i say ive called dept of education they tell me they do what they want and take social security under 600 hundred all the time this debt is 20 years old and 700 dollars but they tack on fees like crazy ive tried as im disabled and low income to get this debt discharged but no luck ive filled out a ton of papers they told me i need to get off my disabled butt and get a job instead of taking goverment hand outs i did work for many years. they say if i take out another loan they will discharge my debt i suppose they get paid this way if they dont ill have another loan i cant pay and they say theyll start taking money next month if i dont ive called everyone and none will help its only 7oo dollars terry henderson 303 29th st nw bemidji minnesota 56601
