Dishnetwork Satellite - Free installation
I ordered Dishnetwork under the impression that I could change the service if I was dissatisfied. I was very displeased with the service it did not have BET and I could not pay for cable or anything for that matter that did not meet certain requirements per my ethnicity. I could not watch BET which is offered from most cable companies under basic cable. Dishnetwork felt this was something I should pay 10.00 extra for. My husband could not watch the basketball team that plays here on regular basic cable so it would cost an additional 6.00 to watch his team play. Why have cable if you can't watch regional games and things that are unique to your culture. So I had it disconnected and they tried to charge me 1000.00 when my bill was only 185.00. They told me that 800.00 would be deducted when they recieved the equipment. They have now charged another 800.00 to my credit stating that's how much 'the free installer charges', since I breached a contract that I don't remember signing. I asked for a copy which has yet to be furnished. Please help.
