Com,, Inc - Blocking me from accessing my account online
We have had so many problems with Com. But the most recent is that we moved, and suddenly 557.00 of un-related charges showed up on our bill. I have been trying for FOUR months to resolve this issue, and over the holidays, while i have had a few extra minutes, I decided to enroll in online 'Account Management'. I am on the last step, where THEY must send a validation email to my email. It has been one week, of phone calls, live chats, and HOURS at the computer, and still NO validation email. When I call the phone number listed on their web-site to call if there are problems in enrolling, the people there say, 'No, we dont handle this, you hve to speak to an 'Analyst' on 'Live Chat', -- well, i have done that five times, to no avail. I am trying to correct this problem, because our bill for July and August indicates Zero Balance. Then suddenly in August, it is 773.00!! When we go in person to the Com office , the personnel will not take any action regarding this issue. Now we have received a notice that they will disconnect our service on 12 January if we do not pay ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. And, up here where we live, Com is the ONLY game in town for advanced cable services.
