Randall Reed Planet Dodge - DISHONEST SALESMEN AND GENERAL MANAGER
I bought 2007 Chevy Impala car on 121008, left at dealership overnight for tinting of windows, was not ready when car was to be picked up the next day, when we did obtain possession of car, car was damaged, crease in driver's side panel, rim on driver's side damaged, and two different tires were on the vehicle. Pointed this out to salesman, Art Moore, who agreed there was no damage to car the previous day, promised to fix car and obtain loaner to drive. When I went back after sitting in the dealership for three to four hours on Saturday waiting for them to figure out what they were going to do, my husband and I were informed to bring the car back on Monday to have repairs done. After several phone calls to Art on Monday and him telling me that they were working on what loaner car to put me in explained my daughter was sick and I would be there on Tuesday to off my car and pick up loaner. Came in on Tuesday, Art was off, no one knew anything about a loaner and the general manager, came over to tell me that they were not going to fix anything and Art did not have the authority to give me a loaner. Needless to say, I was livid, general manager told me to lower my voice, at which time I told him I would not and he then said he was going to call the police and have me escorted off of premises. I told him go right ahead and I would wait for the police. At which time, I called my husband and told him what they said. The general manager acted like he was calling someone to call the police, but the police never showed up. I then contacted my insurance carrier at which time they plan to send a fraud investigative team to the dealership. Three weeks later, received a phone call from Randall Reed's finance manager stating that the finance company, was not going to have finance the car because I was the primary driver and was not on the loan and if I did not come in and sign another contract that day, they were going to have the car repossessed and I would forfeit my 4,000.00 that I put down on the car. When the initial deal was going through I wanted to be put on the contract as the 4,000.00 was from my insurance company paying off my car after being totaled, but they general manager and finance manager told my husband and I that his credit score was better than mine and it would go through a lot easier if I was not on the contract, which I desperately wanted to be on the contract, but also needed a car right away. I will never do business with Randall Reed Planet Dodge or Randall Reed Ford in Humble, Texas. Also, after looking over my contract very carefully, I noticed quite a few errors, money charged on the contract, but no reason why I am being charged the money. At this point in time, I have no other recourse, but to see legal action against this company as well as my insurance company will be doing the same thing for damages to the vehicle. AGAIN, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH RANDALL REED AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE THE SAME TO EVERYONE ELSE. Several months prior to this incident, several members of Randall Reed Ford were taken out in handcuffs for falsifying credit information to have loans approved. Also, he has a negative report with the Better Business Bureau.

They Are Liars
I am sorry you had the experience with them. I to had a bad experience with them. They can't tell the truth or take care of the vehicles on their lot. My car was damaged by water for which they left the windows down in it. They also lied to me about being approved and then backed out of the cash for clunkers deal.
