JK Harris - Money paid and nothing was done
Paid JK Harris around 450.00 for help in my taxes, was promised because I was about to go through a divorce, IRS would probably settle my debt for nothing. Sent in all the paperwork they request, but could not get anyone to call me back, when they finally assigned someone my case, I sent three emails trying to make sure they received the information they requested, no reponse from my case worker, I eventually sent email to a Ms. Lewis letting her know the problem and that I could not get my case worker to respond to my emails and that I was terminating my contract as they had not done anything and I could not get anyone to respond, I also faxed over a letter to Rod in billing to stop automatic drafts on my account. Now, they are calling me saying I owe them money, when they have never done anything with my account. I also asked them to send me all information they had collected to no avail.
