Pay Day Yes - Unauthorized Debit withdrawls
I got a loan of 400 from Payday Yes via online application.
I was set up for automatic payment, without my knowledge the loan was not being paid but they were debiting my account finance charges in excess of 700!
The principal amount is still 300 with a finance fee of 90. Upon reviewing my bank account I phoned them and was given the run around by an employeed named 'Joe' Aquinbe. He said they had tried to contact me, but I have recieved no messages and he said they may not leave one. He said his manager Paulette and Supervisor had both gone to lunch. He said my complaints were noted on my file. I tried to print the adobe file of application and it will not print in english, it is encripted or translated in to what looks like Russian.
