Eli Lilly and Co. - Cymbalta
I was prescribed Cymbalta for fibromyalgia back in March of 2008. I was outgoing and the crap turned me into a zombie. I became withdrawn, didn't want to talk to anyone, and had a loss of appetite and lost about 40 lbs. It caused me to almost loose my marriage. On November the 14th of 2008 I tried to take my own life. I spent 3 days in intensive care. My family somehow kept me from having to spend a week in the mental ward. I haven't taken any of this medication since. I spent weeks thinking that I was never going to make it through the withdrawals. The worst was tremors day and night that keep me so fatigued that I could not function. I also had nausea, dizziness, headaches. With all of this going on I could not work for a month. I am still having symptoms, but they are not as severe. As for this drug I do not advise anyone to use this crap.
