GENEVA ROTH - STOLE MY MONEY
I have never heard of this company. I recently applied for a pay day loan and after seeing the interest did not sign the documents. No mondey was deposited. The next day my brand new checking account was debited for 400.00! I called this company and a VERY NASTY employee told me that 2 years ago I had a payday loan and they were collecting on it! Iin between this time I filed bankruptcy)
This company is apparently a parent company and will debit ANY checking account they CHOOSE to debit. Even if it's not the same one that you applied with and even if the loan should no longer be active! when asked how I was going to pay my rent I was called a B and told to figure it out!
If you're also a victim of this company, then submit your own GENEVA ROTH complaint letter
