DCS- Collections on Student loans - Unethical practices to recovery overdue Student loans
My name is Sharon D. Davis, MSW, LCSW. My complaint is against DCS and the US Education Department. DCS called my job even when I asked them not too. And, I am 100 sure that they told one of my co-workers at the time that they were trying to contact me inorder to collect a debt. They are in my opinion the most unethical company I have ever ran across in my life. I am currently working with another law firm that has asked me for information concerning their practices. I done my own research and I found out that the DCS callers, were paid cash bonuses based off the money they recovered. To me, unless they were people of high moral and ethical standards and qualities (inwhich I doubt), because they would say or do anything to get the money from their list of student loan consumers they got on a weekly bases. My email address is Sherrie1229bhc@yahoo.com. Please email me if you want this law firm I am working with and I will pass the information on.
Sincerely, Stand-up for your rights!!!!!
Sharon D. Davis, MSW, LCSW
