GENEVA ROTH LOAN COMPANY - RIP OFF OF BANK ACCOUNT
I AM REPORTING THAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, AND IS OPERATING ILLEGALLY IN MOST STATES. THEIR TACTICS ON COLLECTION IS ABSURB, ABUSIVE, AND ILLEGAL. I LOANED OUT WITH THESE PEOPLE OVER TWO YEARS AGO FOR A PAYDAY LOAN, AND THEY HAVE CHARGED ME RIDICULOUS FEES AND FINANCE CHARGES. THEY REPEATEDLY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT OVER 90 EACH PAY PERIOD THAT WHEN THE LOAN SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID OFF, I WAS STILL OWING THEM. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I ENDED UP CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT AND OPENING A NEW ONE WITH ANOTHER BANK. I TRIED TO PAY THIS OFF BY CASH TO THE COMPANY, BUT THEY REFUSED TO WORK WITH ME. THEY REPEATEDLY CALLED MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD BY MY EMPLOYER NOT TO CALL THERE FOR ME. I ALMOST LOST MY JOB BECAUSE OF IT. WELL, THEY EVEN SOMEHOW GOT A HOLD OF MY NEW ACCOUNT INFORMATION THROUGH ANOTHER PAYDAY LOAN SOURCE AND WENT INTO MY NEW ACCOUNT AND TRIED TO DEBIT 400.00 FROM IT. I HAD TO GET MY BANK INVOLVED ON RETURNING THEIR REQUEST DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE MY AUTHORIZATION TO GO INTO MY NEW ACCOUNT ON A LOAN FROM TWO YEARS AGO THAT WAS UNDER A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. BEWARE THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE SHARKS AND ARE OUT TO EAT YOU ALIVE. THEY USE ILLEGAL PRACTICES TO GET WHAT THEY WANT.
