ATT Wireless - They refuse to return my deposit

Att was my wireless provider for several months. The Account I had was called Go Phone, which was a prepaid service. I terminated service with ATT in November, and requested a refund. My account had over 80.00 left on it, and my understanding is that I am entitled to that money back. The Customer Service Representative told me that I could not have the money back, and had only two days to use it up. I demand that my money be returned to me, as it was there for my benefit and my account is now closed. The prepaid service is not a contract service, and I am under no obligation to keep it for a set amount of years. Besides that ATT was taking over 50.00 per month out of my checking account each month, whether there was money on my account or not.

I will not go into the shoddy service I received, and the expensive cell phone they sold me. I will not be using ATT again.
