Consumer's Original Complaint :
On Sun March 4th 2007,I took my wife in to Stevi B's to get some take out. Johns Creek Location After paying for my 2 take out buffet orders, I went to get some pasta sauce from the container and pasta container was bubbling with an unsecured top, and it splashed hot pasta sauce on my wife injuring her eye lid. We then notice it was unsecured My wife immediately grabbed her eye area and began to cry covering her eye,and I asked an employee (who was laughing) for a napkin, and began to wipe my wife off. There were employees who watched and one went over to an Manager named Anthony Mckeethen who sat back and told one employee not to be too sympathetic because then we might sue.I asked him to come over and attend to us,after 2 mins he finally came over and said sorry this happened,I said is that it?Get my wife an ice pack for her swelling.I asked him for an incident report and he said that he did not have any.I asked him his name and he and gave me a business card and told me to call him if my wife has more problems.The card said Bill Kibby. One of my witnesses told me to call the Fulton CO police and report the incident and I did.The officer told me to deal with the business in a civil manner,the incident was unacceptable and the officer applauded me for not loosing my temper.I called Bill Kibby and he said that he would look into the issue and contact me for a time to meet to file Stevi B's incident report.He called me and left me a message stating that he could not meet because he had to his kids off and he had other plans,I called back and he said that he would sched a time to meet and that never happened. I have a very busy schedule and I love my family dearly. I take the safety of my family very seriously and I have spent a lot of hard earned money at this location, for them to treat me this way is unacceptable and as a consumer, I will excersise every right that I have and my witnesses stand behind me 130 concerning this matter.
