Property owner-local - lien on property
In 1990, I sued a homeowner on the advice of an attorneyloren dobbs who services I retained, and was awarded a settlement. It was impossible to collect anything on this at the time, according to the attorney due to the financial situation of the person being sued,. To the best of my knowledge, this would put a lien on this property, and if this property was ever sold , aquired or condemned, the lien would have to be taken care of. I recall this property to be located around the 1800 block of e. maple st. and i beleive the judgement for me was awarded in sept. 1990 in yakima county courts. To date ,I have never received a dime from this. Could you advise?
