I have been harassed by the DCS company for almost a year. I have spoken with a lady Ms. Palmer and she constantly called me at work and at home for almost three months. I did not speak with her on the phone and explain my situation to her but she did not care about my situation. I even sent her a letter of my Hardship in detail of what happened and proof of my enrollment verification. They still decided to garnish my pay check. However, I did accept the payments to be taken out of my bi-weekly paychecks. They started this process in October of 2008. I reccently recieved my pay for this week and the amount garnished was three times the amount of what they were scheduled to take out. I called my HR department and they told me I should have recieved a notice from DCS about the garnishment and which I did not the only notice I recieved was from my job. The number my employer gave me to contact them at is 800-927-6667 and when I called them that number was not in service. I hope you can help me with this problem if you need any information from me regarding them please let me know at my information. This company is completely taking the money from my kids mouth and other bills by doing this. I am a single mother and need every bit of my checks to help for my home and continued schooling. Which is now on hold due to this situation.

If you're also a victim of this company, then submit your own DCS complaint letter
