clicksmart.com - Clicksmart.com fraud
We recieved a call from a high pressure salesman from Clicksmart. He claimed that Clicksmart was partnered with Yahoo lending it credibilty. We were told that they would gaurentee 500 visitors to their site each month and that we could expect to recieve around 45 calls per month. We have payed 295 for each of the past 3 months and not had one single call. Each month Clicksmart puts out a performance report which shows how many visitors there have been to their site as well as tracks the calls that we have recieved. According to the reports, we have recieved 9 calls which is untrue. We have recieved not one single call originating from Clicksmart. We have called several of the other contractors on the site and all relay the same experience, lots of promises, misleading or outright lies and no leads. We have begun investigating Clicksmart and have found scores of Clicksmart victoms in many cities across the country. We have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to which Clicksmart failed to reply. Where do we go from here?
