DeSomer Illustration LLC - Kodak not honoring promises for printer

My Kodak series 5300 copier is a malfunctioning machine,(I'm not alone) and has been replaced once. The second machine, has malfunctioned with one portion of the machine melting into the other portion, and ceased working. Documented mail from Kodak show that they have determined that the machine needs to be replaced, and that I would be recieving a replacement printer of the same model in three business days. The date of that mail is 11708. I have no copier with which to run my Illustration business. The printer was not expensive. (250.00) however I'm losing business now.
The last replacement I recieved was a used machine. I expected a new one of course.
At this time, Kodak is not answereing my mail as they say they will, and I've had NO response from the 800 support that I've called three times. I have two case number given to me by Kodak, and there is no response to either one.
