Albemarle Community Care Clinic - Kicked Out of the program
Yes, i was a patient at the community care clinic in Albemarle, NC. I have been a member there for a while and they discontinued me at the clinic because i had 3 no call no shows. I have repeatedly told them that i have memory problems and i need to make other arrangements to be seen. They would not accomodate me. They would not schedule me for time that i could come by. They bascially used the health problem that i had to exclude me from the program. They would schedule me 3 months in advance and expect me to remember the date of my appointment, when all they have to do is call me to pick up my medicines.. They would continue to make excuses for the times that would be helpful for me. They even have my medical diagnosis written down and insisted that i didn't have the problems that i was having with my memory. I am very upset and discouraged
