US Dept. of Education and DCS,,,, Inc. (Diversified Collection Services) - income tax and stimulus checks
I work part-time and am partially disabled. I dont have resources to make a lot of money so cant afford to pay certain debts that I owe. This debt os from the early 90's. When I got sick I could not pay certain bills because I no longer made the money that I once did. Dept of Education took my Income tax check as well as my stimulus check. I have yet to get a letter from them telling me that they received this money. Recently they also sent letter to my job advising on wages garnishment at 15. I sent them a questionaire in reference where the money I made went but its as if they never reeived it. Now everyone at my job know that I owe the Dept of Education.
