I bought a car from Budget Rental Cars in Lafayette Indiana in 2000, I took out disabilty insurance on the loan the got for me. Around ten days after driving the car they called me to tell me the finance company they had got for me wouldnt except me but they got a different one the only thing different about the contract was it was about 5 dollars higher a month. They asked me to come down sign it. I did so. In 2001 my husband had a heartattack was being put on disabilty, when I went to inforce my disabilty insurance, I was told this contract didnt have it! Later that year the car was repossed now I have a bad credit report the loan company wants their money! At this the Budget had already closed in Lafayette I didnt know where to turn or what to do. They lied to me and who knows who else!!!
